Scholarships
In the heart of our community lie the dreams of the ‘needy of the needy’ – children whose aspirations are vast, yet their means are meager.
These bright young minds are the hidden gems of our society, eager to carve a niche for themselves and uplift their communities. However, the harsh reality of financial constraints shackles their ambitions, leaving them with a future uncertain and clouded.
CENTI CITI Uganda Christian Church is running a scholarship program to provide education to the needy of the needy children in the communities that we work in.
Started with 50 beneficiary children/families we are currently helping 62 children/families with scholastic materials (books, uniforms, school bags, shoes, rules, mathematical sets, crayons, etc.), school fees, medical assistance and so on as needs may be with the families these children come from.
Your donation can:
- Provide scholarshipsto cover school fees/tuition, scholastic material, food and medical assistance.
- Offer mentorship programsthat guide students through their educational journey.
- Create opportunitiesfor vocational training and higher education.

Sport
We have also started a sports initiative to help and empower these children with all the possible talent that they can explore in disciplines of Football, Netball, Tennis and Volleyball.
Sports have the power to transform lives, instilling discipline, teamwork, and a sense of achievement. The Needy of the Needy Community Project recognizes this transformative power and is proud to introduce our sports initiative, designed to empower our beneficiaries and other youth in our community
They also get involved in other non-contact games like Chess, Darts, Scrabble, Omweso and more.
We invite individuals and organizations to support our sports initiative in the following ways:
- Volunteer: Share your time and skills as a coach, referee, or event organizer.
- Donate: Contribute sports equipment or financial support to sustain our programs.
- Sponsor: Become a sponsor for our sports teams or events, helping us to expand our reach.

Project Schools
The Church’s objectives are driven on providing education to all children and youth to have the power to challenge themselves in this world. We are looking into construction of a primary school with a kindergarten for foundational learning needs, a secondary school to focus on comprehensive education and a vocational school to equip students with practical skills.
